The aim of the study is to estimate seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies among children (0-17 years and their families) and people over 65 years old in the canton of Geneva.
The partipants are randomly selected from the resident population of the canton of Geneva, based on data from the population register of the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
Prior to their visit, participants are asked to answer questions about their possible past symptoms, their working or schooling conditions and their means of protection against the risk of contagion. Co-morbidities and medical history as well as socio-demographic data are also recorded. After consent, a blood is taken to detect the presence of antibodies to SARS-CoV 2.
