The Corona Immunitas Winterthur study investigates the sero-prevalence and associated factors and health endpoints in a random sample of 15 – 25 year-olds in post-obligatory educational settings in the region of Winterthur. This age-group is a highly mobile and socially active population, it has been discussed as drivers of the pandemic, and the containment measures impact heavily on their personal and educational lives. The Corona Immunitas Winterthur study will provide valuable data for educational and health authorities, and an understanding of the impact of Covid-19 on youth in Switzerland.
